For the past few years we are struggling using cellphones in our area. Good signal sometimes, but while talking on your cellphone the call will be dropped.

2 Years ago we upgraded 2 contracts with samsung phones, but we got rid of them cause they where very bad.

You get a good signal, 2 - 3 bars, and after a while you will get "searching for network".

We get this problem with both Mtn and Vodacom.

Just got a new iphone, and also very bad - Losing the "good" signal...

We've got about 15+ cellphone contracts on the Reserve, (excluding the kids prepaid phones).

We can accommodate 300 people, and hoping Vodacom will do something about this because this do have an affect on business. I will appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction.

Kind Regards

Hi

This already says that you have a problem with signal in the area.(in bold)

Send me one or two numbers affected.

You mentioned you are in a Nature Reserve , am not sure on the legalities surrounding Reserves and erecting towers in the area if possible. After all its a protected area as mentioned, i will escalate.

Regards
