Vodacom Sim in GPS Tracker - Data Theft

So I dunno who to ask or what to do but I have a Vodacom SIM in my motorbikes GPS tracker. I used to buy 50meg bundle and it would last a month as the Vodacom app shows usage of under 5mb a week. So the last 3 times I loaded 50 meg it "expired" after a week but it shows I used only 5 meg and that I purchased a monthly bundle. I called Vodacom numerous times but not getting any joy. It also shows I used voip and Video Streaming data which is impossible as its in a gps tracker that sends location information to a hosting service and nothing else. Should I just get a MTN sim card? OR is it just a matter of who will steal most of my data? I cant use telkom as theres a coverage area problem in my area. I know the bundle is about R12 but i dont want to load data every week if I can do it once a month.

@smithedwin - Issues will and can only be best resolved in writing in principle and procedure.
Dealing with a large corporations like Vodacom similarly any other ones always follow the this system, there is NO SHORT cut.

1. Email: [email protected] with a properly constructed message clearly describing your account/billing issues.
2. Your should now receive a response containing an extremely important Service Reference number.
3. Allow them 7 business days to respond and rectify your issues.
4. In the event you are NOT satisfied with their response then and only then send an email to: [email protected] with your Service Reference number as first word in your subject line, the message has to be properly constructed clearly setting out your account/billing issues.

Your problem now has a REASONABLE prospect of being resolved.

I think its easier to just get a prepaid mtn sim and chuck this one away as its also prepaid. But thank you for your response
