Vodacom SMS Centre down?

I am having difficulty sending a SMS this morning. Tried both a contract and prepaid phone, but all I get is a error message asking me to try again later.

I am in the Centurion area.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Just spoke to VC's Customer Service and they confirmed that the SMS centre is having difficulties.

I had problems in Bryanston earlier on, but it seems ok now

Haven't tried now but sent a few sms's this morning and had no problems, on contract.

Seems to be back online now.

My wife had problems in pta east well earlier but it seem to be resolved now.

She also had problems last week and the explanation Nashua mobile gave her was they accidentally disabled sms on her account

I changed my Service Centre number

From +27829129

To +27829119

And it worked.
