I'm trying to open my vodacom statement using Striata, but it keeps requesting a username and password.

where do I get this.

Using Ubuntu Linux

Not from Vodacom - they've ignored all my requests. BTW striata wasn't working for me on vista either. :|

Are you running it using WINE? - AFAIK there isn't a native version for Linux - if there is please let me know.

As for the username & password - don't know - I still haven't opted to receive my Vodacom bill via email - mainly bcos I don't know the number I have to SMS my email address to.

Works in Vista for me - for my bank statements that is.

I get the feeling it might be the software, even the documents from striata dont open. Worked on previous versions of Ubuntu

What's the story with Striata, as I get my statements in PDF format? Is PDF readable in Linux?
