After a lot of trouble and frustration over my new upgrade, i thought its time to share the good experiences as well. After visiting the Vodacom shop in Oudtshoorn and receiving absolutely no service for 2 weeks, after numerous phone calls without being called back, i went to a shop in Stellenbosch.(contract is in my dads name so i had to get a lot of paperwork in order to go to the Stellenbosch branch) I walked in there and was helped by an indian dude(sorry i dont remember his name. One up for you guy.) and he sorted me out in 5 min. Plus he told me i can get an SII where the first shop told me it is not humanly possible to get that phone on my contract without a massive pay in. They also had stock and i was able to walk out of there with my new phone. So thank you to Vodashop Stellenbosch for making an experience i was dreading, awesome. You guys rocked
