So I have been wanting to port my whole family from MTN to a better network. When I saw these Summer Deals I thought great I can get this going. Now I discover they have Vodacom Direct, Vodacom Online and their store network and they are all singing a different tune. They all have different prices and availability. And there is no info online or via a telephone call about what you can get or will pay. I got this after being put through to three different people who all said the next person will definitely be able to provide the info. Since I am porting, I have to go to a store. So I cannot check before I go if they have a deal I would be interested in. Bye bye Vodacom, you are not even on the playing field. Your service is non-existent. I really thought you would jump at the chance to grab 3 of MTN's customers.
