I have had a lot of problems over the last two months on my Vodacom contracts with bundles disappearing, etc.
But all was fixed, or so I thought !
Yesterday, on two of my contracts the data allocations were not allocated, which meant that you immediately go OOB at the beginning of the month. Some of my data carry-overs over the last month or two also seem problematic.
The lady at Customers Services said that she seen many similar complaints.
But after 24 hours, nothing has been done.
What now, Vodacom ???
