I have had a lot of problems over the last two months on my Vodacom contracts with bundles disappearing, etc.

But all was fixed, or so I thought !

Yesterday, on two of my contracts the data allocations were not allocated, which meant that you immediately go OOB at the beginning of the month. Some of my data carry-overs over the last month or two also seem problematic.

The lady at Customers Services said that she seen many similar complaints.

But after 24 hours, nothing has been done.

What now, Vodacom ???

Yeah I'm a bit pissed with them at the moment. Activated a 200 SMS bundle (monthly) on a TopUp contract and the balance on the portal is incorrect. Makes no sense.
 
Just checked on my sisters line and her add on data bundle allocated and usage is going off. 518KB so far.

You may PM me your number and I can have a look for you if it is showing or not on my side.

Thanks, Ockie and VodacomData, but it has been temporarily resolved by manual adjustments.

I don't know why these accounts went haywire, but I don't really trust these adjustments, because in my experience once you start fiddling with automated accounts it never comes right.

As it is I believe that too much data expired on the one account.
