Vodacom Upgrades Line Complaint

I have been trying to get through to the Vodacom Upgrades Line ( 082 1959 ) since Friday last week. Every time I queue waiting for an operator to answer, the call automatically cuts me off after 4 minutes 30 seconds which means my call is never answered. So I decided to use the call back feature and have the consultant call me back. Every single time I have done this, someone has called back - but from the wrong department! I cannot understand how this works, you use the call back feature, someone calls you back, you tell them about your query and then they tell you "Sorry, we need to put you through to the upgrades department!" - and they put me back in that flipping queue - which for some reason I get that automated voice system which just hangs up without queuing me anywhere!

I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHEN U GUYS ARE DELIVERING MY PHONE! It was supposed to be delivered last week and no one pitched up - so I wasted an entire day waiting for you guys to pitch up at work - and not so much as a phone call to advise me that you werent coming. So again today I have to sit around and wait and hope you guys pitch up. This is pathetic.

VodacomData, please have someone call me as I am tired of this now. I have collectively spent over 2-3 hours on hold over the last 4 days and have still not spoken to anyone that can help me.
 
Finally managed to get through - I had to call 111 and they managed to put me through directly to the upgrades department. Now theyre saying my order is on backorder. Why lie to me to get me to upgrade my contract? I didnt insist the phone should be delivered to me on friday. You guys called ME and told me if I upgraded it would probably be delivered on Friday so I agreed and upgraded. Dont believe me? Listen to your call recordings.

I dont actually care that it wasnt delivered on Friday - but if it is in backorder - keep me in the loop so I dont sit at work like a retard waiting for you guys to pitch up. I have better things to do.

This suck! I waited a month for a Samsung S3, when I called them the rep said they have yet to dispach the handset and I should recieve it in a week. Fortunattely my contract with them expired in the 4th week, so i walked in to a Cell C store and walked out 1 hour later with a brand new iPhone 4s, never looked back since :-)
