I have MAILBOX PLUS active on my cellphone contract (Corporate contract). I would like to activate Voicemail to Email.
I have called 111 - spoken to 5 different people in various departments / re-authenticated myself each time / gave them my cellphone number each time / explained the problem etc etc etc - nobody could assist!
I have logged into vodacom.co.za - looked at my services and confirmed that MAILBOX PLUS is active. (Clicking on the + next to the service does nothing / clicking on MAILBOX PLUS does nothing.
According to this definition, I should be able to have my voicemails sent to my email address:

Can anyone tell me how to set this up - i.e. I need to be able to enter an email address somewhere so that the Vodacom system knows to send my voicemail to email...
