Those VC figures are pretty impressive - are they sustained or only for speedtest? I suppose having a VC office nearby and their fibre running through Goodwood (they were laying down Vasco Boulevard in 2009) must help! Have you done any downloads or such where you can see if the speed is maintained?

My VC is very slow normally, I see some short sprints here and there, but Cell C is consistently fast (close to full modem speed). In SW, but same experience in CT.

And so it turns into another speedtest thread. (Which is pointless IMO).

This is what happens when you start a thread with no framework or insight of your own...

In terms of what?

Network coverage = Vodacom. Finish 'n klaar.

Anything really. But for simplicity lets say Overall Score (Signal Strength, Browsing, Service, other things I cannot think of right now ect) You can pretty much decide what makes you think one is tops over the other and let us know why that is.

Sigh... Whats your preferance, and why?

So answer your own questions first to set the trend and hopefully others will follow...

I am trying to be nice here, while you are just being difficult. If you don’t like the thread then leave. Either way your comments to me are now /ignored.

Maybe not the best way to treat a moderator. And mind you, he does have a good point - this thread is a bit ridiculous.

Being a Moderator does not give him the right to bash my thread. I choose chose to word my OP in such a broad view to get the oppinions of people. Eitherway my thread has been derailed and trolled to such an extent it might aswel be deleted.

Any thread as loosely defined as this is bound to be derailed by the end of the first page. Mind you, it went off the rails by the 2nd post already. There are just way too many variables and ways in which to answer your question, which really doesn't seem to have a purpose bar pointless hypothesis anyway.

*Requesting Thread Closure or Deletion* I’m not even going to try waste my time further
