Vodacom Web Site Problems ???

For the past few days I have not been able to get bundle balances when I log into the Vodacom website.

I can get my airtime balance, but the data balance, and SMS balance, both monthly bundles are not available.

This is a PITA as I use this to monitor these balances.

Is this a general problem ?
 
I also can't seem to get my data bundle balance. (I'm on a 1gig Mofaya deal) It is a big problem as the sim is in a 3g router and the only way for me to see by bundle balance is to take the sim out and put it in a phone. Its not been working for weeks now.

send Free Short Code SMS to 31050 with MM as message from the routers SMS application. Works for me.

Looks as if their whole system is stuffed, not just the website !

Lets end the procrastinating on this forum and report the problem to 082111 or 082155 to resolve.
 
Now I cannot log into the Vodacom website at all !!!
Just logged into the mobi site from my phone, and can see all the balances for the phone. It won't let me log in to any of my other numbers (such as modem) though.
 
OK, I can log in again, but I still cannot get my Data and SMS balances.

Have sent an e-mail to Customer Support.
 
OK, I have been in communication with Vodacom for a few days, but it seems as if they are unable to fix their website.

In fact, it has gotten worse, I can no longer access any of the links in the column on the left, it just displays a link error ("URL Error") on that side.

The website is broken - and that is the only way that I can check the data balances for the sim cards in my modems.

I've just checked the balance on my modem from my phone (mobi site). Couldn't do that last week.
 
Hmm, they have clearly been working on the system but a lot of stuff still does not work, and it also looks as if I have lost some bundles.

I cannot get my data balances on either the desktop or the mobile sites, and irrespective of browser used.

This is still going on, the VC customer service is just useless.

Never thought that anyone could have worse Customer Service than MTN, but I have been proven wrong !!!

Still going on, nothing resolved. Vodacom Customer Care worse than useless !!
 
Funny Jola, I am able to check all my devices from my phone now. I'm pretty happy with that!
