Jaa i did yesterday and it was one right cock up the new one .
Cant get in now .
 
Terrible site, it wasn't great beforehand but now you struggle to pick up data balances and its headache trying to purchase data....
 
We pay these idiots for data services and they cant even keep their own site running. Time for a change I think.

I'm still getting this as well. What's worse, their app isn't working properly either - it's not picking up my linked numbers at all and prompts me to log in whenever it feels like it. I'm not currently a happy customer...
 
Yeah still same and I been on their case for last week or so. They say their developers are on it. It takes so long to fix this issues? :cry:

They increase prices but still go bottom feeding for people to maintain critical aspects
