When is VC going to offer accurate balance viewing for 3G data?

how is billing handled accurately? but to determine if nearly out of data to avaoid "out of data bundle" extra charges? // when/IF is this going to be upgraded - 2years without accurate data tracking doesnt seem world class or leading edge? My R0.02 ..
