I don't know what the hell is going but for some time now I've been having, give or take, 90% failure rates on my calls - both incoming and outgoing. ie. the call drops out or needs to be ended due to poor quality. Other people I've spoken to report similar.

A new thing I'm experiencing often is like a crossed line. I phone someone from my contacts and someone completely random answers on that number informing me I've dialled the wrong number. The latest was earlier when someone in my contacts called me and when I answered I could hear the sound of a call being made as though I had made a call and was waiting for someone to pick up. When the person phoned back, apparently they had met with the crossed line scenario. Wtf vodacom?

I cant use mxit, jmirc, opera any data services on vodacrap except if my phone is switched to 3G mode. Which drains the battery and I almost never switch it on.

I'm going to cellc even if vodacrap will cancel my warranty of the phone. Damn greedy bastards

Sounds like a handset problem!!!!
Get rid of that Cr*p phone.

Well then everyone I know on vodacom needs to get a new phone because apparently we all have crap handsets. Also, someone phoning me getting a crossed line is my handset's fault? Okaaay.

I'm also having a terrible time recently, but not with call's, with data.

I was unable to connect again today, tried for ages, no luck.

What there's a cell network called Vodacom? I only know of a sponsorship company with that name.
