I've been on the vlive portal and tried to download the 3g sports package. The order goes through but then the screen pops up saying Payment error- authorisation failed check transaction 1. If I try downloading something else like a ringtone the payment goes through but if i click on download the next screen that pops up says the service is not responding please try again later. I've phone 155 and they say the've given it to their engineers. There turnaround time is supposed to be 24 hours with me it's been more like 240 hours. Can anyone help?
