Vodafone Live!

I have a Vodafone Live! charge on my account for around R36. I have no clue for what this is, it falls under Calls - Data Services.

Does anyone know what this is for and how I can remove it?

I was informed by VC that "Vodafone Live" was a "apn" = access point name used by your device if the "apn" (internet access point) setting has not been set to "internet", so no it cannot be removed but changed on some devices.
