Vodafone Mobile Broadband Adapter Issues

Good day Everbody

I have a problem connecting to the internet and vodacom can't help they say that it's my problem and its hardware related. So i done everything I could, I reinstalled the dashboard software and removed the USB modems and reinstalled them to the laptop. But i still can't make a dial connection. So I reset the netsh, but still the same issues. I uninstalled my firewall and the problem persist. I phoned numerous times but to no avail! The dashboard and Modem is working phone. I can dial through the dashboard but there will be no traffic between the computer and network in network and sharing control panel it show's that i am not connected to the internet.:confused:

Please someone help.
 
Weird, I just posted the same type of question. Must be some problem on their network... :(
 
Hi I found the problem and fixed it, it was one of the adapters that has been disabled. But this shouldn't happened if one adapter is disabled especially one that has nothing to do with vodafone broadband. weird Vodafone problem.

What adapter was disabled?
 
The K4505's are installed as LAN Adapters. If that specific Adapter is disabled, you wont be able to connect to the internet.
