I have been trying to get a solution for an error that Vodacom had made more than a year ago. I started querying my high bills in April and had been trying since April to get my money - more than R6000- into my bank account. They have made that mistake, then charged me for something else, then I had to get that reversed. Anything they paid in fits and starts so far has gone into their Vodacom account. Three mistakes and counting.
It is like a vicious circle. The request is made, escalated and either dies a quiet death or they pay the wrong amount into the account.
Are there anyone from Vodacom who cares?
