I have been trying to get a solution for an error that Vodacom had made more than a year ago. I started querying my high bills in April and had been trying since April to get my money - more than R6000- into my bank account. They have made that mistake, then charged me for something else, then I had to get that reversed. Anything they paid in fits and starts so far has gone into their Vodacom account. Three mistakes and counting.

It is like a vicious circle. The request is made, escalated and either dies a quiet death or they pay the wrong amount into the account.

Are there anyone from Vodacom who cares?

There a general email address to send problems to? Feels wrong flooding the addresses of one or two guys. Myself I need to change a primary number and billing details and the vodacom website is currently even more unusable than usual.... I REALLY don't feel like playing whack-a-mole with whatever poor fools happen to end up responding to my calls only to having something important communicated disastrously.

Last time I attempted a callback for an upgrade their interpretetion of within 24h seemed to be 24 "working" hours.... days after the request. I was so disgusted I simply said no nevermind I changed my mind.
