Vodamail - connection refused

Since the weekend (or thereabouts) I have not been able to connect to pop3.vodamail.co.za (although I can send mail via smtp.vodamail.co.za!). If I look with Wireshark, I see a TCP SYN to 196.11.146.150 port 143; but no reponse at all. Even if it is a problem with my email client settings, I would expect to see a TCP connection established. Any ideas? I get the same symptoms rom Outlook Express on Windows XP and Evolution on Ubuntu.

Number in use please or are you using a 3rd party email account ?
