im wondering if there would be a very kind individual that can help?
as i am not getting any glory from Vodacom, 2 hours on the phone and still no solutions???
this is the error message i recieve when someone sends me an email.
to explain the problem further, I have a work email, and a Blackberry.
we use BIS, and we have our server that sends a copy to the Vodamail, that we have configued on our Blackberry devices.
for the last few days, we have been gettin this message everytime a mail is sent ,
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.
Subject: host done
Sent: 9/1/2011 9:56 AM
The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:
External Reumaysa on 9/1/2011 9:52 AM
The recipient could not be processed because it would violate the security policy in force
< mx1.vodamail.co.za #5.7.0 smtp; 554 5.7.0 Reject, id=03555-01-38 - SPAM>
