I have got the huweip30 pro, but there is a voice that talks even so often in a language that I do not understand. it is not the assistant .
I have factory reset the phone and loaded my apps again, but it still is doing it. On my S8 I do have all the same apps and it does not happen there.

The voice is making me mad, how do I stop it, any idea.

Does the voice also speak to you when the phone is in another room? Then I suggest there is another problem.

Have you checked the Huawei built in software? Probably it's own notifications or assistant.

I have taken the phone to Vodacom to send it in and told them that they must keep it with them 24 hours to hear the voice, but they only have it for 10 minutes and send it back, I have factory reset it again, and only loaded Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS and Twitter on it, to see what it will do, and behold the blerrie voice is still there. now I must take it back again to vodacom. Getting now very irritated with vodacom

Switch the phone off for a few hours, and report back on if you can still hear the voices.

Your phone had been off for a few hours yet you still hear the voice. Please go see your doctor.
