Voice speaks

Allright so the oke is not mad, anyone got some proper advice?

Perhaps go through and disable the pre installed apps you don't use, especially if they have a fong kong name.

Then all of we must go to the doctor at work, everyone can hear the voice
Ignore, they make a laugh of you.

I think it speaks as you did a hw reset after you brought it back from Vodacom. It must come from a voice assistant with poorly configured language defaults. I can't help on P30 specifically, but check settings for location, system language, keyboard input language, and finally (where it comes from) Smart assistance -> Accessibility -> Text-to-speech output, it should be similar. Check whether there is an additional engine pre-installed in addition to the Google Text-to-speech engine and configure it to English. On my phone (Android 8.1) English (SA) is not supported by Google, so change system language to English UK, it should fix a problem. Alternatively disable Google Assistant app (named just a Google) and/or Google speech engine if you don't use these features.
