Voicemail 121 (number does not exist)

@ VD. Hi....i really hope you can help. I have a client who ported over to us on 2009-08-12. He had huge problems from the start...could not recieve calls, could not dial into his voicemail (121) and no data on Iphone. We have now managed to sort everything out after struggling for two weeks. He just phoned me now saying that his voicemail is again not working. When dialing 121 he gets "the number you have dialed does not exist. Goodbye"

I have checked with corporate and they say the mailbox is active on his line. I even managed to dial directly into his mailbox to leave a message, but he simply can not retrieve it with 121. I dont know what else to do anymore except to ask you for help. I can not struggle for two weeks again to have this sorted.

Your advice or input would be greatly apprciated.

Did you check....?

is he dailing 121 directly or using mailbox speed dail on his phone?
Had same issue, a time back....incorrect speed dial number was stored for mailbox.

As far as I know he is dialing 121. We managed to get it sorted and it was working for a week, now it is doing the same thing again :-(

Is he dialing 121 or pressing and holding 1 in?
I think its a phone setting thats wrong, back end will all be fine....

Just confirmed with client...he is merely pressing 121 and then call.

Dail into voicemail remotely and it is there ..... dail 121 not there,....error in linkage between short code 121 and actual mailbox loaded number on Comverse...not sure how they do it when you port....best is to escalate on Voda side, or is there any reps that can assist?

That is the same that I thought yebocan...but the last time took them two weeks to fix it...i can not make him wait that long again...that is why asking for help on here to see of VD can perhaps assist. I dont understand how they fixed it and now it is "broken" again. The only thing that changed is on Friday we activated twincall for his car kit. But I dont see how those two are related.
