@ VD. Hi....i really hope you can help. I have a client who ported over to us on 2009-08-12. He had huge problems from the start...could not recieve calls, could not dial into his voicemail (121) and no data on Iphone. We have now managed to sort everything out after struggling for two weeks. He just phoned me now saying that his voicemail is again not working. When dialing 121 he gets "the number you have dialed does not exist. Goodbye"
I have checked with corporate and they say the mailbox is active on his line. I even managed to dial directly into his mailbox to leave a message, but he simply can not retrieve it with 121. I dont know what else to do anymore except to ask you for help. I can not struggle for two weeks again to have this sorted.
Your advice or input would be greatly apprciated.
