Hi
I need someone to do a small VOIP installation at our home based office. On a FTTH line, 5 extensions, 5 concurrent calls, hosted pbx, desk phones. The company must be able to do physical installation and be able to provide support if something goes wrong. Ideally I would like to be able to select the ISP and Voip provider to use, if possible, i.e. they must not be affiliated with one specific provider. Cape Town (Northern Suburbs pref.) based.
I can probably to the installation and setup myself, but wont be at home always to sort out problems when something goes wrong (i.e. need onsite support). Also want someone to guarantee working system - no finger pointing between ISP, Voip provider and installer. I only want to call one person to sort out everything.
Any suggestions?
