Please can someone out of experience recommend a good VOIP Provider. Please I dont want companies replying that sell VOIP and merely would like replies from guys that have tried and tested there providers. I have heard some say ECN but believe they have alot of down time and then some say Internet Solution. Please help.

At home I've ported my Telkom land line to Switch Telecom and on the road I usually use my free Mweb SIP account. No major problems with either. You can also try Telfree if you want a prepaid solution. (http://www.telfreeclassic.co.za/)
Switch Telecom Is easy to setup and even has auto configuration codes for some Siemens cordless phones (http://www.switchtel.co.za/)
Mweb is not always straight forward but apps like CSipSimple on android actually has a configuration file for them.

I would recommend ECN for business though - even if they did have a big outage yesterday. That makes 2 outages I know of. Truth be told I've had more problems with Telkom and cellular providers than with ECN
ECN is expensive if you only take a few connections, however if you take 30 or 60 they are a bargain.
