VOIP service

I am at a dead end with Telkom.
Telkom Sales, Online services and Service Centres are not integrated and sends you from pillar to post.
I have a TP link modem (no RG11 port) and Yealink VOIP phone and a LTE service with Telkom.

Is there anyone who can recommend a VOIP service provider that will be able to get me a home phone and Internet service?

An rj11 connector is used by telephones, while an rj45 is used for network connections. Your voip phone's base station should have an rj45 or ethernet network connector that plugs into one of the network ports on your router using a network cable. If this isn't the case, post the model numbers of the equipment you have.

Not sure if i understand your issue - do you want to use your current Yealink VOIP phone over your Telkom LTE OR do you want a new service provider (other than Telkom) that you can use your Yealink VOIP over and also get internet from?

If you use a normal ethernet cable (RJ45) and plug one end to the Yealink and the other into the Telkom LTE router then your connection will work with no issues - assuming you have an active VOIP account with a VOI provider (Freshphone or Switchtel come to mind)

Thanks - will try Switchtel. The Telkom LTE service works fine with fast reliable service - just needed to find a VOI service provider.
