VOIP Software

i am looking for VOIP (Voice Over IP) software that is totally free to use. I would like to make phone calls from my pc to a land line and cellphone. I know Skype has the ability to do that but you have to pay. I just want to use my bandwidth for calling around.

I don't think there will ever be a completely free solution to what you are looking for because there will be termination fees charged by the telephone company, e.g. Telkom, Vodacom, etc. The only thing at the moment is VOIP to VOIP, e.g. skype to skype, gtalk to gtalk, etc.

Google Voice is free in the US till end 2012 for all calls made (to anything - cell, landline, etc) in US and Canada, lucky buggers. They always get the cool stuff.
