I'm new in this forum, I need assistance please! Can anyone suggest how to go about setting up a VoiP operator business. The scenario is as follows: people would call a cell number (084) or an 087 number and they will follow a voice prompt and then enter their destination number (overseas) and they will be paying only for the local call that's coming out of their airtime. Any suggestions please??????
