Allocation was probably done before the change. Allocations are usually automated at midnight while changes like this are often manual

Technically speaking: The product codes had new limits associated with them (there is a bug or two that is being corrected to get the allocation sorted out), the promo's were just special pricing, but the same product codes. I don't have an ETA on the fix, but give it till the end of the day to balance out.

Axxess R565 for 300GB capped, Vox R689 for 300GB capped.

With the Axxess capped product I'm getting almost all my line is capable of 99% of the time.

so my question is their any benefit to pay R124 more to use Vox?
 
I just checked now... got the 100GB package when it was still on promo for R169 PM. Now getting 150GB for that price!!! W00t!!!

Depends if that 1% is worth R124 to you?

Short answer is no.

If you happy with Axxess why change?
 
Does anyone know the throttle threshold for Vox Telecom's 4mbps Uncapped line? I saw the prices got slashed and I'm thinking of moving from Mweb.
