Vox and DSL telecom are useless

I've been waiting for my wifi to be installed for two weeks. I was assured on Monday they could install but they had the wrong address and number which is impossible because I sent it to them. Customer support promise to follow up and they do nothing but lie. I got a call yesterday and they were trying to use the wrong address again!! They promise a 7 - 14 day install but this is untrue its been two weeks and still haven't been called for install. For those who need wifi do not use vox or DSL you will be waiting your whole life

The manager of open serve phoned me yesterday ensuring me he would give me an answer as to why I haven't been installed. He did not get hold of me with a response. If the manager doesn't even care how can people support them?? They are useless and have not resolved my issue. And don't expect them to because the are ****
