Hi ,do we have a Vox rep on the forum, I have tried emailing support in Dec ,no response . Have tried again a couple of days after new year, still no response.
Due to me paying much more for a package that they and most competitors have for much cheaper. I think it is easier just going to another ISP that can accommodate my pocket aswell as answering emails.
Any help would be appreciated,be it how to get a response from support, cancellation instructions to even a better ISP.
