Good morning
Is there support rep working for Vox on this forum?

I put in a request with Vox on the 13th of December to cancel my line as I will be moving to another ISP. The first available date to cancel was the 1st Feb 2025 and I submitted the request. Shortly after 12am yesterday morning my line went down due to somebody at either Vox/Vumatel putting the request through for the 13th of Jan and when I contacted Vox support via WhatsApp after 9am yesterday, they admitted that the link was cancelled sooner than it should have been and they will put a request to get the link back up as soon as possible and they will get their Project Management team to contact me ASAP.

Up until now I haven't received any feedback from Vox to explain what the delay is and by when my connection will be up again. I had to enquire myself what the status is and they still can't provide any update, just the same "An agent from the team will be in contact as soon as possible" message.

If this is the support you receive from Vox, I am actually glad I am cancelling with them as an ISP.

I think the closest you'll get to Vox support on this forum is @Frogfoot Fibre , as my understanding is that Vox owns Frogfoot.

Usually the FF contact here asks for all personal (fibre internet related) details to be private messaged to him / her on this forum, for tech help (when it involves Frogfoot as the FNO).

Don't know if they can or will help you out in this case, but you can try ......
