Vox Fibre

Hi Not sure if Im posting in the correct place. I have recently moved to Vox as my ISP . I have a new Vacuum robot which should be able to pair with my new hapac2 modem Vox supplied . Taking the robot next door to a neighbour it pairs immediately with no problems to the Tuya smartlife app ( apK)suggested. Once home nothing I do is able to pair with my moden . It is dual band and Vox has insisted settings are all standard ssids not hidden no mac filtering and no additional security firewall issues . I'm not technically strong on wireless networks but know enough to have connected google home to lights etc all successfully . On the cell phone I can not even connect manually with the robot . Next door I can pair immediately to app . Some setting in my modem is blocking this action. Vox controls the settings and I have no control over my managed moden so I'm at a impasse right Now . Any suggestions would be appreciated . Regards Glenn

UPNP Needs to be enabled in the modem.
