On the 27th of April I mailed through my one months notice on accounts [email protected] and [email protected] to Vox cancellations department.

In effect May would be the last month these accounts would be active.

On the 1st of June I noticed that [email protected] was still active and I was infact being billed for it so I decided to carry on using the account. On the 5th of June I emailed the cancellations department and requested they do not cancel [email protected] until further notice, as I intended to carry on using the account.

On the 22nd of June I received my statement for the month of July and I was in fact still being billed for [email protected] as per my request, however on the 2nd of July the account ceased to work.

On contacting Vox I've been informed that the account has been cancelled, all rolled over data has been forfeited and it's impossible for them to reactivate the account.

Bare in mind I've been debited for this account for the month of July. Bare in mind I sent through an email on the 5th of June revoking the cancellation of the account. Bare in mind the 800gb odd of rolled over data has effectively been paid for but due to an error on the Vox ticketing system and/or a lack of communication between departments, the account has been terminated!!

Colour me disappointed!!

Im still with them because I get a decent amount of data for a good price and it works ok most of the time.
They are miles behind though with everything else vs other ISP's.

So after repeating my sorry tale for the umpteenth time, a certain Ruth Kekana has got my Vox fatpipe bundle reinstated, including all rolled over data!! That's the outcome I was hoping for and thanks to Ruth for making it happen!! Faith restored...
