Hi all
Was in the process of changing over from Afrihost to Vox for FTTH. Was supposed to have access with Afrihost until 1 August. Today my internet stops working and after trying to troubleshoot with Afrihost then get confirmation from Vox that my TTConnect line was activated with Vox, which is strange because I thought it could only be activated once the Afrihost cancellation was done and the line released. Anyways, Vox says line is active and ready on their side but I now have to wait for a technician to come and install the router, which can take 3-5 working days. I am trying to configure my existing router with PPPoE settings but it isn't connecting to the internet (default settings on DLink 825 router with username and password). By any chance does anyone know how Vox on TTConnect is configured so I can try continue working while I wait for the technician? PPPoE or dynamic IP? Mac address of Vox's router perhaps required? I don't know Thanks in advance.
