Vox Stuffed?

Anyone else getting "you have been capped" messages from Vox.

Which is impossible since I have bolt on and around 500gb of rolled over data available.
 
Me too, I have the uncapped bolt on and hundreds of gigs of roll over. They have no idea when they will resolve it either, just spoke to technical.

Getting a tad irritated especially that now it's weekend and I am capped supposed.
 
Many people were saying that with them giving uncapped from midnight to all users, it was chewing the cap. Personally never checked. But I am freaking irritated. Had stuff to do this weekend and the call centre has zero clue or info.
 
I think I read in the Vox other thread you must restarted your router after you phone them or something? Have you just tried restarting your router or calling them?
