Vox Telecom ADSL downtime

Vox Telecom suffered ADSL downtime on 18 July, with the ISP’s call centre stating it was experiencing ADSL connectivity issues on its network.

Issues seem to occur more frequently, certainly based on my experience. I'd love to know whether this is real or perceived.
