Vox Telecom off the market

This is good news to me. I always liked Vox Telecom, and I think the company is well positioned for strong growth. (…and our Vox Fatpipe connection is purring like a kitten :D).

This is the company that placed the entire executive share purchase scheme in the hands of a crook who had never submitted financials, and then voted a free issue of replacement shares when the scheme went titsup, devaluing the company by about 10% at the expense of outside shareholders. Dodgy bunch.

Yes because people never make mistakes? That was many years ago. It is a great business and they are doing very well.

There is a difference between a mistake and grossly negligent stupidity.

Else you must forgive the ANC and Eskom for the disastrous state of our power systems. Just a little mistake you know.
 
Interesting that 2 of the board members are leaving as well. Might be a story there ...
