Hi, has anyone successfully cancelled there vox before the 20 day 'free' trail' with no charge? I just got off the phone with them and agreed to their 20 day trail please advise...

When they said - Debit Order Only, I said no thanks.

they mentioned something about a new router and I'm in desperate need of one (have an old mega100wr)
