So i have had various fiber providers for a number of years in 2 seperate properties I have owned
Installation in most cases was the same average time with Vuma and TTConnect
After sale support is a completely different case.
A few time with ttconnect I had to logs cases , escalate etc etc etc . A royal pita to get anything resolved.
2 days ago I had a problem on my vuma line.
8pm Call logged. 8am next day engineer onsite. 10am service restored after resplicing the fiber inside my property....
Cant ask for more than that.
