Cancellation or any support assistance is non existent. No correspondence from them at all. Luckily haven't had that much issues with them but be sure if you need a human to respond to your request your in for a not so pleasant experience.

My Vox is running smooth like the sea, full speed always. Even in gaming, but now Telkom upgraded my line from 2mb to 3mb now latency went up from 10ms - 24ms -.-.

But Vox is really good. And I have been so far by every ISP , (I go where the ping is most stable) and so far Vox gotten me 160ms in WoW for me. But now I get 172ms because of this upgrade crap.
