Hi
I have to create a VPN for a customer so she can access the mail server while she is on leave. It works fine with PPTP dialling from my network. She uses a 3G modem from MTN. What I have read you need to use L2TP over 3G. I can’t get it to work, not even from my PC.
I have opened the following ports UDP 1701, 4500, 500. It dials says it opens the port and then an error 807.
I have created an incoming connection on Windows7 on XP and Server 2003 but not sure how to configure the L2tp on the “ VPN server” side.
