VPN Connection issues

Good afternoon,just wanted to check if anyone here had issues connecting to VPN using LTE.I have a Huawei LTE router with a contract taken out in April this year.The router and network was fine but since 28 September,the VPN connection has dropped.I am connecting fine to the internet but just can connect onto the VPN.Telkom agents have been giving me the run around,firstly to wait 72 working hours(which ended last Thursday) and now all they say is "its been escalated to the back office"Please help with info on anyone senior that I can get hold of as I work from home and this is affecting my income.Thanks
 
I presume connecting to a corporate VPN? I had issues since last night, trying to connect to our company VPN. I just assumed that there was something wrong with my account or our VPN provider.

I will test tonight with my FNB sim to see if it is unique to the Telkom LTE.
 
I thought my issue was isolated,I am in Durban(Phoenix).Which area are you in 1nsane?

All depends you are on Telkom or Vodacom. If on Vodacom it is isolated.
If on Telkom, it had been already escalated to the Vodacom thread. ;)
 
On Telkom the default APN is "internet" on this APN you'll have problems accessing some websites and using a VPN connection.

If you change the APN to "TelkomInternet" the problems are resolved.
