Good afternoon,just wanted to check if anyone here had issues connecting to VPN using LTE.I have a Huawei LTE router with a contract taken out in April this year.The router and network was fine but since 28 September,the VPN connection has dropped.I am connecting fine to the internet but just can connect onto the VPN.Telkom agents have been giving me the run around,firstly to wait 72 working hours(which ended last Thursday) and now all they say is "its been escalated to the back office"Please help with info on anyone senior that I can get hold of as I work from home and this is affecting my income.Thanks
