I've tried both private internet access and windscribe. Windscribe was a bit slow,for my liking but ybey do have a decent free account option for general use. PIA was stable and fast but I still prefer to use a smart dns service as it doesn't reduce your internet speed and is much cheaper

Anyone having issues with smartdnsproxy? Every time I load Netflix I just get the spinning red circle and nothing loads. If I remove the DNS servers everything works again.

I had a problem last night with it, where I was getting an error message. I just uninstalled the app on my Roku checked the settings for the correct country on my smartdns proxy and then logged in my Netflix account. Just actually done that now. Works again

Mine loads Netflix very slow, doesn’t even display the posters. As soon as I remove the DNS it works again. I hope I didn’t just waste money on smartdnsproxy because so far it’s not working.

My Getflix was giving me issues with Netflix yesterday. Prime was ok, but Netflix gave me location errors on my Samsung TV and Roku. All good today it seems.

I also have issues with smartdnsproxy and US Netflix, it's very slow, posters don't load. I don't use it anymore, disabled the Netflix option on smartdnsproxy settings. It does work for Prime Video, HULU and BBC iplayer.

I have been having issues with smart dns proxy in general lately, switched to getflix and everything is working fine. Prehaps something went down and they don't see that there is a problem here in SA at the moment.

If you want reliability, least bandwidth loss, the class of the field is ExpressVPN. Unblocks Netflix USA....costs a little more..but it works.
