VPN Issues

Thank you for your promptness on replying. I have taken this up with 155 and is awaiting a call from them sometime tommorrow.
At least I am much further than I was earlier tonight.

Philus, in which area are you? Won'y you update you location field?

Maybe try the unrestricted apn again. There were some SAIX routing issues affecting the unrestricted apn in the Western Cape.

I have found the fault! Because I am using a prepaid card I checked the balance of my data bundle which is currenrly around 9MB,which will suffice to connect to Internet.:) HOWEVER, I had a credit of about R5 on it which is now depleted. I loaded some cash on to the account and Voila! Eureka! I have found the problem. I can now connect to the internet having an IP addie of 41.*.*.*

Of course the next question is, why doesn't it deduct the costs from my data bundle?

I assume your bundle was not yet depleted? If so speak to 155. You might also want to read through the FAQ for more info on how the data bundles work.
