Anyone successfully configure a telkom vpn lite network? I'm looking for a source for configuration guidelines/tips other than Telkom themselves

Hi,

I suggest you use the Billion 800 VGT modem sold at the Telkom outlets. It works the best with VPN Lite. I tried the Mega 105 and had many problems, then Telkom told me that I can swap it for the Billion because it was still under guarantee. Just remember to call 0860 473 473 for a fault reference which you use to swap it.

telkom vpn liet 10gb

Have anyone took the telkom vpn lite 10g , because it is not yet on telkom forms yet end the lady does not know what I am talking about , I want to start with that and grow as I continue

10 Gig would be a good starting point.....You can check the daily usage for each site on the telkomsa VPN lite manage sie.

VPN lite setup

Anyone successfully setup vpn lite?
I have setup the sites on two Billion Routers and I can ping the sites. I can also ping the PC on “site 2”, but I cannot “see” the pc in Explorer.

Any idea what the problem is?

VPN Lite the network

Gents after many months and lot of patients I got my VPN lite in and working

Site A and B have Billion Router vgt800

I can see the router over pvn and log in to it , works great , my next Q
I have a server at site B, Windows 2003 Standard Sharing some files and Pastel, on the local lan all works great let say the ip is 10.1.5.2 for the router and the server is 10.1.5.50
Now on Site A My address is 10.1.1.2 for the router and the Server is 10.1.1.25, now how do I get it to be able to browse and see the server on site B from site A
Is there any port forwarding or something I must do , or something I must add to the routers to see the servers on the other sites ?
Needs some help please

Daniel just look at your antvirus , had the same problem , add trusted on my network card in bit defender and no problem on it , I have added an addtional network card in my computer for security and split between internet and VPN

eleNet from elephantvpn is much simpler to setup and configure.
Works with PC/MAC/Android/iOS/DD-WRT Router
