Hey all. First post so hope some1 can shed some light
Our company makes use of Nashua Mobile 3G and SIM. Our users then in turn use these devices to connect at home using Alladin Etoken to connect to our compny. For some reason (randomly) users would connect fine and all of the sudden they are not able to connect any more.
Neither Vodacom nor Nashue can say what the issue is
When we test these VPN connectuions at the work premises on the same notebooks (3G cards) and different notebooks all connects fine (but not at the user's premises. Most of the user's are located in Joburg (Brakpan, Kempton area)
Using E220 +latest firmware and VMC software but no luck. My question is !!!
Is their a chance that Nashua, Vodacom are doing upgrades which can affect 3G in such a way that it would in turn affect our VPN connections ?
Please assist as i am out of ideas
