Vredehoek line speed

I am moving to Vredehoek in cape town end of the month, currently renting in Mouille point and enjoying 8mbps line speed, what's speeds are the guys in Vredehoek on 4 Meg line getting?? Upgraded to anything faster??

10 Mbps is available, however Telkom does arbitrary reduce the line speed to 6 Mbps
