Vtiger/Pastel intergration and automation

I am trying to install vtiger on a windows 7 server . I need to be able to make my vtiger crm to sync with data from my pastel accounting package . is there a way of automating this process and also how can i import the pastel data into the vtiger crm. if any one can give me pointers i would really appriciate it.
